Q & A

IF YOU COULD JUMP INTO A MOVIE, WHAT WORLD WOULD YOU VISIT?

: Hands down, my favorite movie is Harold and Maude. I dream of frolicking in Maude's amazingly eclectic train car home full of curiosities, dressed up in her magical wardrobe with Cat Stevens on repeat. I've always been told I'm "grandma chic."

WHAT IS ONE (BIG OR SMALL) THING YOU’RE HOPING TO ACCOMPLISH IN YOUR BUSINESS THIS YEAR?

I have so many amazing photography clients that I get to be surrounded by who do really cool things (which is incredibly inspiring) and they've all been encouraging me to start sharing my passion for healing colorful foods, so I just started working on formally photographing my recipes and putting them into a sharable format - ideally a cook book/lifestyle book of sorts. Outside of continuing to work with my dream clients, that's definitely one of my main goals for this year! And of course to travel more (for work and play).

WHAT DOES BEING LIBERATED MEAN TO YOU?

The freedom to live authentically without trying to fit into someone else's idea of who or what I should be. Being comfortable in my own skin, confident in my abilities and gifts to share, and open to the growth and teachers that surround me daily. Also, knowing when to trust my gut and say no. That's incredibly liberating!
